Deliveries and Customs

GHD irons / gift sets are not available for shipment to any non-European countries except USA & Canada.

All countries outside the EU have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further details please contact your local customs authority.

*Please note we are not in a position to refund any customs/import duty paid. Please also note that due to strict Airmail weight restrictions some orders must be split into seperate parcels before dispatch.

We use a combination of Royal Mail and Interlink Express for deliveries within the UK. We use Royal Mail Airmail, Geopost and parcelforce for to Europe and the rest of the world.

The majority of our orders will require a signature upon delivery however anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.

If you would like your order to be left in a designated safe place or with a neighbour please enter your specific instructions in the DELIVERY COMMENT section of the Basket Page and press UPDATE.

We do deliver to BFPO addresses. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail to the British Forces Postal Office in London where the parcel is signed for. It is then the responsibility of the British Forces to ensure that the parcel is delivered to the correct location.

All orders placed before 3.30pm GMT (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed during a weekend, public holiday or after 3.30pm GMT will be processed on the next working day (Monday-Friday).

All ghd irons are dispatched via courier for next working day delivery except in Scotland where delivery will be within 48hrs. Our next working day delivery service is only available within the UK.

*Please note that our courier does not deliver on weekends or on public holidays.

*Please also note that all orders are subject to additional security checks. Should your billing address or card holder details not match the details held by your card issuing bank please email us at support@beautysleuth.co.uk to confirm the correct details.

We reserve the right to hold any orders that do not pass our security checks.

International orders are shipped via our international courier - Parcelforce to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
