I need to return an item

We do accept goods back at Beautysleuth on the basis that the goods have been un-opened and unused and are in a re-saleable condition within 10 days of your order being placed. By this we mean that all packaging and or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seats must be intact.

All ghd irons comes with a manufactuer's security seal which is affixed to the side of the box.

*Please note if this seal is broken then the item cannot be resold and will not be accepted by our returns department.

We will refund the value of the goods upon receipt of them or exchange them if requested.

When returning items to us please ensure that you include a brief explanatory note which must include your name, order number and the reason for the return.

*Please note that all orders must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
 


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm GMT, excluding public holidays. We aim to dispatch ''in stock'' items on the same working day after an order has been placed.

Orders placed during a weekend, public holiday or after 3.30pm GMT will be processed on the next working day (Monday-Friday).


When will I receive my order?

All orders placed before 3.30pm GMT (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on the same day wherever possible.

Orders placed during a weekend, public bank holiday or after 3.30pm GMT will be processed on the next working day (Monday-Friday).

All ghd irons are dispatched via courier for next working day delivery except in Scotland where delivery will be within 48hrs. Our next working day delivery service is only available within the UK.

*Please note that our courier does not deliver on weekends or on Public Hoildays.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Should you wish to change/cancel your order you can do so by filling out our Contact Us form or via fax on +44 (0)1273 425526 (24hrs) providing that your order has not already been processed.

*Please note that orders are processed very quickly during business hours and it may not always be possible to intercept your order before dispatch due to the volume of orders being processed in our Warehouse.

If you wish to cancel your order after your goods have been dispatched, either refuse the goods when delivery is attempted or accept them and return the un-opened items to us for a refund, minus any postage and packing costs incurred by us.


What happens if I haven't received my order?
If your order has not been delivered within the usual timescale quoted on site it is most likely that the parcel has been delayed in the postal system. Parcels sent via 1st class post or via Airmail do not carry tracking numbers so cannot be tracked once they have left us.

Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system (national or international) for a period of 10 working days. It is very rare for a parcel to take this length of time to arrive but we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

If your order still has not been deliveredafter 10 working days please contact us and we can arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you.

There is an error in my order

Please email us at support@beautysleuth.com and we will do our very best to make sure that any errors or damages are dealt with as quickly as possible.


I have received a damaged item

Unfortunately some parcels do receive rough treatment in transit. Please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you.


I forgot to use my discount code?

We are unable to apply any discounts after an order has been placed on site.


I cannot apply my discount code?

If you are experiencing problems when trying to apply a voucher code on the Basket Page please contact us before placing your order as we cannot apply voucher codes after an order has been placed.

*Please note that voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with another offer/free gift on site.
